  • Deadline for  submissions for the newsletter is at 9 a.m. on Mondays, and 9 a.m. on Wednesdays for bulletins.

  • CHAIR YOGA has changed to Mondays and Thursdays at 9:00 a.m. in the Parish Hall.  Chair Yoga is a gentle form of yoga that is practiced sitting on a chair or standing using a chair for support.  Perfect for all ages and levels.
